‘Akko Directions & Maps

The entrance to the Bahá’í Gardens in ‘Akko is located at the end of the old access road to Kibbutz Shomrat. Visitors arriving by private automobile may take National Road 4 to the North ‘Akko junction. Heading south toward the center of ‘Akko, take the first left turn after 400 meters and follow the road to the end. Free parking is available near the entrance.

The garden entrance is a short walk from the Bustan HaGalil bus stops served by bus 271, which connects Haifa, ‘Akko and Nahariya.

SPECIAL NOTICES

Annual Shrine Closures due to Maintenance and Cleaning

Akko:

Due to annual maintenance and cleaning, the Shrine of Bahá’u’lláh and inner gardens will be closed for public visits between 30 July and 12 August. The outer gardens will remain open daily from 9am to 4pm and the Saturday tours will continue to be offered.

Haifa:

Due to annual maintenance and cleaning, the Shrine of the Báb and inner gardens will be closed for public visits between 13 August and 9 September. The outer gardens will remain open daily from 9am to 5pm and tours will continue to be offered.

GARDENS CLOSED IN ‘Akká

The Bahá’í Gardens will be closed every Tuesday from 09:00-12:00.
